Product Overview:

The CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switch provides switching of multiple load types and, when paired with PicoR remote controls, allows wireless control from anywhere in the space. The CasétaR Wireless In-Wall Switch uses LutronR patented Clear ConnectR RF Technology which enables wireless communication with PicoR remote controls and the LutronR Smart Bridge and Smart Bridge PRO.

The Lutron Caseta PD5WSDVWH is a wireless in-wall dimmer from the Caseta Wireless family that is compatible with dimmable incasedent and halogen lights up to 600 watts or LED CFL Bulbs up to 150 watts. This Lutron Caseta PD5WSDVWH Product features a fast installation that usually takes about 15 minutes. It comes in a white finish and mounts on the wall, perfect for retrofit applications. Once installed, it provides easy control over the lighting in the room through its 4-button interface. This dimmer wirelessly connects to other Lutron Caséta Wireless products and allows connected lighting to be controlled by the tiny Pico remote, which is sold separately. This remote can also be mounted on the wall and synchronized with this dimmer, allowing for multiple points of access in the room.

• System Communications and Capacity
• The Caséta® Wireless In-Wall Switch communicates with Pico® remote controls and the Lutron® Smart Bridge/Smart Bridge PRO through radio frequency (RF).
• The Caséta® Wireless In-Wall Switch communicates with Lutron® Radio Powr SavrTM Occupancy and Vacancy Sensors in a standalone application. Sensors do not work with Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO.
• The Caséta® Wireless In-Wall Switch must be located within 60 ft (18 m) line-of-sight or 30 ft (9 m) through walls, of Pico®  remote controls and Lutron® Smart Bridge devices.
• Device limits
• Pico® remote controls and Radio Powr SavrTM occupancy sensors: up to 10 devices (total) may be paired to each Caséta® Wireless In-Wall Switch (with no Smart Bridge installed)
• Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO system: up to 50 total wireless devices (Caséta® Wireless dimmers/switches, Pico® remote controls) are supported per system. Smart Bridge or Smart Bridge PRO counts as one device.
